The customer places a barcode on each file, provides a paper based or electronic transmittal. Upon arrival at The Paper Exchange, each file is scanned to the box (creating a parent/child relationship), the data is either hand keyed or electronically imported, and the box is scanned to a shelf location.
Through the use of a file indexing system, you can simply call The Paper Exchange Customer Service Team and let them know what you need. We will search our database to find the items within minutes...hassle free and quick each and every time.
