In addition, records can be delivered to you in about an hour for most locations. Our drivers undergo extensive training and background screens before ever coming into contact with your protected information.
The Chain-of-Custody system ensures that our technology is tracking all activity associated with the requested record. From the scan to retrieve to the scan at the delivery site, time stamps and employee data is tracked. In addition, we require a signature at the time of delivery to further track the custodial information.
