In our effort to provide enhanced services to our tenants and offer the best possible amenities, we made the decision to include a Paper Shredding service a few years ago. I personally interviewed many companies eager to be the successful bidder on this project. While many companies offered similar services, The Paper Exchange stood out from the rest. As the Property Manager for PPG Place, I highly recommend The Paper Exchange for fulfilling your secure document shredding needs. Susan J. Niedbala CPM,RPA,ARM • PPG Place

As a responsible member of the recycling industry The Paper Exchange believes strongly in educating and offering its services to your residents and customers. Partnering with municipalities and local businesses gives us the opportunity to promote recycling initiatives and allows you to show your concern for the environment.

  • The Paper Exchange will provide on-site shredding for your residents/customers with our brand new state of the art Shred Tech mobile shredding trucks. The mobile units can shred 7,000 lbs. per hour and by utilizing a cross-cut shred ensures the most secure destruction process available.
  • Residents/customers will have the opportunity to bring up to five (5) boxes or bags of confidential items to the truck at the designated date and time of your choice.
  • The Paper Exchange requests a three (3) hour minimum rental commitment for our mobile unit. We will provide a driver and a helper to unload the confidential material from your resident's/customer's vehicles.

Items acceptable for shredding:

Bank information • cancelled checks • Obsolete invoices • Outdated bills • Letters • envelope • ledgers
Mortgage & loan information • Medical information • Any other clean paper
